Back in January, after several weeks of arguing with Mr. Kevin Rice of Dynata Corp., your parent company, I had my Opinion Outpost account & funds reinstated.
My account was active up until the early/mid March and then I stopped receiving survey email invites.
I have tried to log into my account and it has been deactivated again! This is becoming more than annoying. I have sent several emails through the Opinion Outpost customer service portal And as usual , all my emails have been ignored.
I do not want to get an email back from you stating that "my account has been terminated because of usual standard BS answer of "your account was in violation of our sites policies". I have been a long standing member of your survey sight for over 12 years, therefore, I find it most curious that after 12 years I have violated the rules.
I want my account restored and the funds returned.
I had approximately $54.00 in it. My site ID is tradewinds2399@***.com.
If my account is not restored within a week's time I will Contact Mr. Rice again if I have to. If I have to escalate this issue beyond him I will.
I have a survey takers blog with over 250,000 followers. I wonder how your corporate customers, who pay you big fees, would react if word got out that your site screws people out of their earnings and hides behind emails and robo answering machines in order to avoid dealing with people directly.
Again, my account & funds reinstated by 4/10/2020.

Same problem here and with web perspective. I emailed them on Saturday night.
Maybe they will notice once they see a few days with no new funds coming in on there end. Wonder if it's across the board. I notice they had problems since Friday night July 10th, 2020. Live in Canada so a global issue maybe.
I'm just happy it didn't effect this focus group I was doing on Friday for like 40 or 50 dollars in credit.
Oh. Thanks for posting to note it's not just me.
