Opinion Outpost

I was a Diamond member of Opinionoutpost.com. That really means nothing as I've come to find out.

I have been a member of their panel for many years. I have spent a lot of my precious time taking their surveys and accumulating many points along the way which I have very rarely redeemed. I was recently suspended from their site for no reason they can give me, except their usual canned response of "account violations". They refuse to be specific of course because I've read their terms and conditions thoroughly and have never violated any of them.

It also says that they can terminate any account for no reason at all which is completely unacceptable and outrageous. That makes it sound like a scam and that they are throwing people off who have a lot of points or want to redeem their points. This is sad to me because this used to be a reputable site, and I now have read many other people's complaints with the same issue that I have. They have said they reviewed my account twice and still will keep me suspended, well this is bull to me because I haven't even qualified for a survey in quite a long while, so it isn't even possible that I violated their agreement.

I regret that I have wasted so much time with them over the years and that they can just throw away panelists like we are garbage on a whim. They are crooks as far as I'm concerned, using my answers for their own purposes and taking away my rightfully earned points and rewards. It makes me sick actually that they did this. I put my trust in the wrong company.

Shame on them for their nefarious practices and allowing me to waste my trust and loyalty with them for all these years. They don't even take that into consideration.
From their website: Either party may terminate your membership with a Panel at any time, with or without cause, for any reason or for no reason, and without liability for the termination.

I have been a member of opinionoutpost.com for a few years. I tried logging in recently and could not get in to my account.

I contacted them and was told that I violated their terms and conditions and that my account was suspended. Even though I have not taken a survey on this account in weeks. I only log in to check my points. They asked for me to confirm my account and asked for a photo of my ID.

I did so and my account was briefly open again. However, they are now telling me that it's permanently closed. I also have points that need to ne paid out. It seems as though I am not the only person complaining about opinionoutpost closing member accounts lately.

I use this account as a stream of income, so I have no reason to violate the terms. I need my account to be reinstated.lI

There are positives to Opinion Outpost, but it has gotten far worse over time, as someone who's used them for a few years now. I mainly choose to use them over other survey sites still because there's less of a limit on the amount of surveys you can do here.

But I've gotten kicked out of surveys (the "you did not qualify for this survey" message) far more frequently recently and it happens a lot when I'm either half-way through the survey or I completed it.

I've even had surveys that I spent over an hour on, it ended with a message telling me I completed the survey, and then when it goes to redirect me back to the main Opinion Outpost page, it says I didn't qualify for the survey and I don't get any points.

They also used to have more surveys that were a better ratio of points to time spent and now plenty of those types of surveys still take just as long, but give a smaller reward.

For instance, they used to have 8 point surveys that take about 15 minutes. Now all the 15 minute surveys give 3 or 5 points.
